REFUND POLICY

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days have gone by since you received it, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at info@modevante.com and provide a screenshot of the damaged or defective product. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

If the return is due to the buyer (don't like/want, ordered wrong product/size, changed mind) we will remove $15 from your refund as a loss of handling and transaction fee.

To return your item, please note that you are responsible for covering all shipping costsIf your return request is accepted, we will send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package to our overseas warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. DO NOT send your return item to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provided through email. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option via insured parcel post because Modevante will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned back to you.

 

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our Returns Department, we will provide you with a refund of the purchase price. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at inf@modevante.com

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of your order is allowed if you contact us in time as follows:

1. Contact us within 24 hours after your payment has proceeded, 15% of the order total will be charged as a transaction and handling fee.

2. After 24 hours, 20% of the order total will be charged as a transaction and handling fee.

Please Note: Orders CANNOT be cancelled once the order has been processed or the package has shipped. Refunds need some time to complete.

 

DELAYS & LOST IN TRANSIT

Unfortunately, Modevante are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit.

Modevante does NOT take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking
